We use a lot of pictures the very month we receive them. Others, because of themed issues or because we have been lucky enough to get a ton of submissions, are saved for other months. It can be as long as three or four months, but, it's rarely that long before we get a submission up. Even when people send in only a few pictures, or ones that are not of the highest technical quality, we try to work with them to get the into the magazine. As far as text: We've gotten some great, really creative submissions, such as timinator & rachel_anne's story about how they met, or the sexy Rubber Doll narrative that Levity Heaven sent a few months ago. But, a straight biography is great, too. Give readers a chance to get to know you.
