Because its a live streaming game, the polygon count for every model needs to be as bare bones as possible in order to keep the stream moving fluidly. What you're proposing is a morph system, which would require the models to have a much higher polygon count. This would make it technically infeasible. An alternative, should Rude have an in-house modeler, would be for individuals to pay for custom modeled avatars. however, again, even if they were custom made, they would have to be within certain parameters in order to accept the same rigging as the prototype models. Changing height, as goodgirlbigtits has inquired about, is a simple scaling operation for the program. The program itself lacks the capacity to scale individual parts/sections of the body.
